企画展示：インスタレーション『タイガ！タイガ！タイガ！』

極東ロシアに広がるタイガ（ロシア語で森の意）に生息する様々な動物の写真や、絶滅危惧種トラ亜種の中で世界最大とされるアムール・トラ実物大のオブジェで織りなすインスタレーションを通して、みなさんに近くて遠いタイガを体験してもらいたく制作しました。abovoもメンバーのタイガ・フォラームとの共同企画です。そこに暮らす先住民族ウデへの人々の民族衣装や伝統的な小物なども展示されています。こんな近くに命溢れる凄い森があるんだ！と思っていただけたら幸いです。

“Taiga! Taiga! Taiga!” – Installation Exhibition

In Far East Russia, spreads the Taiga (‘forest’ in Russian). Through a variety of photos of animals that inhibit the Taiga, and a life-size sculpture of an Amur Tiger, the world’s largest and endangered subspecies of tigers, allows one to experience the close, yet at the same time far, Taiga. This exhibition was created by abovo in collaboration with the Taiga Forum. Also on display are the native dress and traditional accessories of the indigenous Udeghe people who live in these forests. We would be greatly pleased if you can think that there is such an amazing forest this close by!
